Request for Qualifications – Architectural Services

City of Morehead Emergency Services Construction Project

The City of Morehead will accept statements of qualifications from consulting architectural firms for site selection, planning, design, construction, and other required architectural, and administration related to the proposed City of Morehead Emergency Services Construction Project.

Firms wishing to be considered should send six copies of their statement of qualification, not exceeding 30 single-sided pages, to Jocelyn Gross, Gateway Area Development District, 110 Lake Park Drive, Morehead, KY 40351. Proposals must be received by 3:30 p.m. local time on Friday, July 26, 2019. All documents must be sealed and marked on the outside “Request for Qualifications, Architectural Services: City of Morehead Emergency Services Construction Project.”

Statements should include a description of the firm’s capability and experience in the field of architectural/engineering services for emergency services construction projects, resumes of individuals to be assigned to the project, a listing of similar projects along with reference information, and a description of the firm’s familiarity with the project area and the ability to provide responsive service to the City of Morehead. Firms responding to this request will be ranked according to the information submitted and top ranking firms will be interviewed to finalize scores.

Invitation to Bid – Surplus Property

Gateway Area Development District (ADD) will accept sealed bids for the following items deemed surplus property and are not in use by the organization. Bids should be mailed or delivered to 110 Lake Park Drive, Morehead, KY 40351. All bids must be received by Gateway ADD no later than Monday, June 10, 2019 at 3:00 PM EST at the Gateway ADD office, in Morehead. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope “Surplus Property” along with the year, make, model, and VIN of the vehicle which the bid references. Bids must be submitted individually for each vehicle (bids for multiple vehicles cannot be submitted in one envelope). The items may be viewed at the parking lot adjacent to the Menifee County Senior Center (68 Old Campus Road, Frenchburg, KY) or in the parking lot of the Montgomery County Senior Center (302 West Main Street, Mt. Sterling, KY). Employees and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in the bidding process. Winning bidder(s) will be responsible for transfer and title fees and expenses incurred to remove the vehicle(s) from ADD property.
