Addressing
Gateway provides 911 mapping and addressing services to Bath, Menifee, and Montgomery Counties.
To request a new 911 address, or to request confirmation of an existing address, please use the online address request form or call our office at 606.780.0090.
Addressing requests may take up to three weeks to process.

Private Roads
For 911 addressing purposes, when three or more residences are located on a long drive, a new private road name must be assigned to aid emergency dispatch responders.
Private Road Forms may be mailed, emailed, or faxed using the contact information on the form. All property owners must agree and sign the Private Road Form.
Approval of new private road names may take up to three weeks.
