Request for Proposals (RFP) Homecare & Title III-B In-Home Services

The Gateway Area Development District (GADD) is accepting proposals from agencies to provide Homecare and Title III B In-Home Services to eligible persons who reside in the five (5) county GADD service area including Bath, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, and Rowan.  Respondents must assure services will be offered as required in each program requested under the Kentucky Homecare Program and a grant from the United States Administration for Community Living, Administration on Aging, pursuant to the Older Americans Act, as amended.
