Request for Bids - Menifee County Fiscal Court - Sam Swartz Athletic Field Improvement Project

Menifee County Fiscal Court will be accepting bids for the purchase and installation of exterior sports lighting at the Sam Swartz Park in Frenchburg, Kentucky.

Proposals must be received by 9:00 AM local time on Friday, January 27, 2023. Proposals must be
mailed to Menifee County Fiscal Court at PO Box 105, Frenchburg, Kentucky 40322 OR delivered to the
Judge‐Executive’s office at 12 Main Street, Frenchburg, Kentucky. All proposals must be sealed and
labeled on the outside “BID: Sam Swartz Park Athletic Field Improvement Project”.

Menifee County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject an and all responses, to waive any technicalities,
and to negotiate with the respondent who most nearly meets the project requirements. Menifee County
Fiscal Court is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by the consultants replying to this request.
