Whether you’re a job seeker or an or an employer, the Kentucky Career Center site and staff has something to offer anyone working in Kentucky.  They offer job training and posting services and can provide connections to Workforce Investment Boards, Veterans Programs, Vocational Rehabilitation Programs, and Services for the Blind.

Bluegrass State Skills Corporation — The Bluegrass State Skills Corporation plays a significant role in keeping Kentucky’s business and industry competitive in the global economy by assisting them in providing the necessary training for their workforce.

Gateway Community Action Agency — Partners with EKCEP to Provide workforce development services through the Workforce Investment Act program for Menifee and Morgan Counties.

Kentucky Career Center – TENCO – offers a one-stop solution to employers and job seekers. With four centers in the area, both employers and job seekers have direct access to information about everything from job openings to specialized assistance and training programs.

Workforce Solutions at Maysville Community and Technical College provides a comprehensive approach to workforce training by delivering programs and services that address the unique needs of business and industry, as well as programs for individuals who want to improve their employability, or enjoy a personal enrichment class.  With the Montgomery and Rowan campuses within the Gateway region, MCTC delivers high-quality, cost-effective customized training designed to improve the performance and efficiency of your company.

Morehead State University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and 214 degree programs are available on the two-year, four-year and graduate levels through four colleges (Caudill College of Humanities, College of Business and Public Affairs, College of Education, and College of Science and Technology).  Programs of distinction include Space Science, Traditional Music, Biomedical Sciences, Legal Studies, Special Education, Agricultural Sciences, Nursing, and Engineering Technology.
